Carrots and Meringues

I was tasked with making a cake for a friends 30th birthday.  The only requirements I was given were no coconut and no carrot.  I couldn't resist so I made a carrot cake carrot as a gag cake.  At cake time we brought out the real cake a two tier cake (chocolate with chocolate buttercream and white cake with blackberry buttercream) and meringues.

Sweet Sixteen

My sister and I made this cake for her daughter's sixteenth birthday.

Wedding Bells

A Friend of mine had her wedding at my home and this is the cake I made for her.  It was one of my first time working with fondant.
